What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

Perform tire services– mounting, balancing, rotations, patching, and flat‑repair.

Conduct oil changes & fluid checks – replace oil, filters, and top‑off fluids (coolant, transmission, brake).

Inspect brakes, suspension, and under‑carriage components and report findings.

Maintain a clean, organized work bay and adhere to shop safety protocols.

Communicate clearly with customers about service recommendations and estimated completion times.

Stay current on OEM specifications and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to read service manuals and follow torque specs.

Familiarity with modern electronic diagnostic tools.

Experience with fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Physical ability to lift 50 lb+ and stand for long periods.

Basic brake‑service experience.
