Responsibilities:
Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and safely.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles to ensure safety and performance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of tire supplies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new tire technologies.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and deadlines.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience with tire mounting, balancing, and repair techniques.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
ASE certification is a plus but not required.
