    Dena Motors is hiring an experienced Automotive Title Clerk / Title Processing Agent with strong knowledge of Georgia title processing and multi-state (out-of-state) title work. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of all vehicle titles and registrations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, fast-paced professional who understands dealership workflows and can manage high-volume title processing efficiently. Responsibilities: • Process and submit vehicle titles for retail, wholesale, and dealer trades in a timely manner • Handle Georgia (in-state) and out-of-state title processing , including lien releases and corrections • Verify the accuracy of all title documents, including VIN, buyer/seller information, and supporting paperwork • Work closely with the sales and accounting departments to ensure deal accuracy and funding readiness • Monitor and track title status, resolve delays, and follow up with DMVs and lenders • Process tag and registration paperwork, including temporary tags • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations • Handle payoff processing and lienholder communications • Maintain organized records of all title transactions Qualifications: • Requirements for state licensing must be met -- title producers license is ideal • High school diploma required -- college degree preferred • 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required • The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong knowledge of Georgia title laws and DMV processes • Experience handling out-of-state titles and transfers • Familiarity with Dealertrack DMS or similar dealership systems Compensation: $20 hourly
