Join Tower Auto Sales as an Automotive Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle transactions. Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.

Verify and maintain title documentation for compliance with state regulations.

Assist customers with title inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely title transfers.

Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.

Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.

Stay updated on changes in title laws and regulations.

Support the accounting department with title-related financial documentation.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state )

Proficiency with dealer management systems is a plus

Verifi title processing software knowledge is required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is required..
