We’re looking for someone who: • Has professional window tinting experience • Takes pride in clean installs and attention to detail • Works well independently and as part of a crew • Wants to grow with a locally owned, high-energy shop You’ll be working with top-tier tools in a brand new, climate-controlled bay, and you’ll have the chance to be part of a crew that builds showstopping rides every day. Full-time position | Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities: • Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs Qualifications: • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory • Possess a high school diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of professional window tinting experience (automotive required, residential/commercial a plus). • Ability to tint efficiently and with high-quality precision —no bubbles, no creases. • Strong knowledge of different film types, heat shrinking, and installation techniques. • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to customer satisfaction. Compensation: $20,000 - $40,000 yearly
