About the Role:

Donny's Automotive LLC in Albuquerque, NM is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities:

Assist TECHs in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories

Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring proper stock levels

Look up part numbers and specifications using automotive parts catalogs and software

Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments

Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find parts

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive parts, counter sales, or a related role preferred

Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems and cataloging software

Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and mechanical components

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift and handle parts and packages up to 50 lbs

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
