About the Role:

Join Donny's Automotive LLC as an Automotive Repair BDC Representative, where your passion for customer service meets the automotive industry! In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers post-service.

Provide accurate information about automotive services and promotions.

Maintain customer database and ensure all interactions are documented.

Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to enhance customer experience.

Assist in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and automotive service offerings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in an automotive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
