Pay: $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Jamalaye Auto Corp is hiring a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume shop. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, handle a busy workflow, and provide a strong customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Write and manage 10+ repair orders daily in a fast-paced service environment

Greet customers and clearly explain vehicle concerns, recommended services, and repair timelines

Answer phones and provide updates throughout the repair process

Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs

Maintain accurate records and follow all shop procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Comfortable using computers and service/shop management systems

Automotive knowledge or prior service advisor experience preferred
