About the Role:

Arnie's Service Center is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Philadelphia, PA! This is your chance to bring your passion for cars to a shop that values quality work, technical expertise, and a great customer experience. Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues

Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services

Repair and replace brake systems, suspension components, and steering systems

Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs

Inspect vehicles and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay and shop environment

Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical service bulletins, and industry best practices

Requirements:

1+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience

ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain

Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, engine, electrical, and HVAC

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
