Role Overview
Pairty is looking for an Autonomous Systems Apprentice to help operate, improve, and build our AI-driven development and automation infrastructure.
You will work directly with our engineering and product teams on:
- AI agent operations
- OpenClaw infrastructure
- software development
- automation pipelines
- internal tooling
- cloud infrastructure
- developer workflows
- web3 integrations
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn by building real systems inside a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Work On
- Operating and improving OpenClaw AI agents
- Building internal developer tooling
- Supporting automation workflows
- Assisting with frontend and backend development
- Managing GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
- Working with APIs and databases
- Testing and debugging systems
- Researching AI and automation tools
- Supporting infrastructure and cloud operations
- Documenting systems and workflows

Compensation
