CORPORATE TRAINER | IMMEDIATE START | ENTRY LEVEL

AVAILABILITY: Full Time, Part Time, Spring Internship, temporary, permanent

OFFICE HOURS: Campaign Dependant

COMPENSATION: Competitive, Paid Weekly, Bonuses + Incentives

CORPORATE TRAINER – DUTIES:

• Conducting training programs for administration and front line employees.

• Working with management to schedule training programs for all staff.

• Keeping up with and applying the latest teaching techniques to a corporate training environment.

• Working to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees.

• Create a new business pipeline using targeted campaigns and sales techniques.

• Account manages existing customers upselling potential products.

• Contact new sales leads on a face to face basis.

• Utilize your internal team to help you develop sales opportunities.

• Arrange sales meetings.

• Set up and organization of events

You may also be asked to attend client’s meetings as well as attending trade shows and exhibitions.

CORPORATE TRAINER – ABOUT YOU:

While there is no specific experience required as full training is provided for the role it will not go unnoticed if you can demonstrate any of the following:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to be a compelling public speaker.

• The ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker.

• Exceptional leadership and management skills.

• Excellent reading comprehension skills as well as the ability to be an active listener.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Good problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment.

CORPORATE TRAINER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to travel to our office in Birmingham, AL

• Must be able to work legally in the USA or have a work authorization without sponsorship requirements

• Having an interest in marketing, sales, business development, and brand awareness is a plus
