ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
COMPANY: Auxo Medical manufactures and services medical equipment including sterilizers, autoclaves, washers, operating room tables & lights, and other ancillary medical equipment for hospitals and surgery centers.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Candidates for Administrative Assistant must have at least three years experience with accounts receivable. Other preferred skills include accounts payable, working with accounting programs, payroll, and basic book keeping, data entry and database management. Preference given to candidates with Salesforce.com experience. Specific responsibilities include:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office conditions with some work in warehouse to count inventory. Light physical effort. Will be doing keyboarding and some light lifting.
SKILL:
EDUCATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
