    Total Show Technology is seeking motivated individuals who want to start and grow a career in the audiovisual industry. Our technicians prepare, deliver, install, and support the audiovisual equipment used at trade shows, corporate meetings, conventions, and nightlife venues across Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology but who may not yet have formal AV experience. We provide structured on-the-job training and technical learning opportunities with pay increases tied to skill development. Because Las Vegas events run around the clock, technicians often have opportunities to earn additional income through overtime during busy event periods. Training & Advancement Total Show Technology invests in the growth of our employees. Technicians receive hands-on training and technical instruction designed to build real industry skills. As employees complete training milestones and develop technical expertise, they become eligible for increased responsibilities and pay increases. Many of our experienced technicians and managers began in entry-level roles and advanced based on demonstrated skill, reliability, and initiative. Compensation: Starting at $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience Overtime: Additional hours often available during peak event schedules Responsibilities: Equipment Preparation & Technical Support • Prepare and check out audiovisual equipment for upcoming events • Test and verify equipment functionality before orders leave the warehouse • Assist with setup, configuration, and basic operation of audio, video, and display systems • Learn signal flow and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues • Clean, maintain, and perform routine inspections on company equipment Delivery & Logistics • Safely transport audiovisual equipment to client locations across Las Vegas • Load and unload equipment trucks while protecting equipment from damage • Inspect equipment before and after deliveries to ensure accuracy and condition • Maintain organized inventory records and order documentation Customer Service • Communicate professionally with clients during deliveries and equipment setup • Provide basic guidance on equipment operation when required • Represent Total Show Technology in a professional and courteous manner Teamwork & Safety • Maintain clean and organized warehouse and vehicle areas • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines • Work closely with coworkers to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time Qualifications: Required • Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record • OSHA 10 General Industry Safety card • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require • Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred • Delivery driver, warehouse, or logistics experience • Mechanical or technical aptitude • Interest in audio, video, or electronics systems • A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
