Position Overview
The position will be part of the United Airlines Program Management Team based in our Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) office working on Phase 1 of United’s Terminal Redevelopment Program (TRP), a $160 million renovation and new construction program for Terminal C. To meet United’s strategic goals, the Newark Hub needs to grow to be able to accommodate a greater number of passengers on increasingly larger aircraft. Aging infrastructure and severely limited swing spaces are key challenges facing the EWR station and United’s customers. In addition, a new 30,000sf United Club lounge location will be added to the terminal. The goal of the TRP is to develop the EWR Hub to meet strategic objectives with a minimum of disruption. The solution will be fiscally responsible, environmentally sensible, built on recently completed investments in Terminal C, provide enhancements to the customer experience, and reinforce United’s commitment to improve the environment for United’s frontline employees.
