Innovative AI-Assisted Insurance Sales Role

This is not your standard insurance sales job... this is an entirely new way of approaching the life insurance industry and basically redefines the comp and day to day of an insurance sales rep.

Let me explain our new "pre closed" AI assisted sales process and what it means to join our team here at Ava...

Our New Process & Approach To The Life Insurance Industry:

1. We (Ava) fully generate and pay for all leads (you spend no money and no time on lead acquisition)

2. Alex (Which is our AI that we built in house and is completely proprietary to us) conducts full 20-40 minute close calls on your behalf

• Alex (our in-house AI) Gathers all necessary info, including medical details
• Alex only transfers clients to you who explicitly state they're ready to move forward right now.

3. Once a deal is pre-closed the AI will transfer the call to you -- then you just simply introduce yourself and immediately move into the close (the close should only take you around 5-10 minutes to complete)

Real-World Results:

• This is NOT a hypothetical system. This is currently working in the real world.
• Our human reps are closing 50-90% of the "pre-closed" deals we send to them

What This Means for You:

• You don’t have to pay a dime for lead/customer acquisition
• You can say goodbye to outbound & all the work/time that goes with it
• You don't have to worry about getting medical info, and all the standard questions – We literally take care of 90% of your script (so your calls are significantly shorter )
• Before ANY lead is transferred to you, they’ve verbally told us they’re ready to move forward now. So you ONLY talk to LITERAL pre closed deals.
• So this means you could take as many free inbound calls that you can, the calls you take are way shorter, and they are already verbally ready to move forward.
• AKA you can take way more calls a day and close them at a way higher rate – so a major improvement in both volume AND efficiency.
• This literally positions you to close 5-15 policies a day depending on how many calls you take

Other Details:

• On Target Earnings: $30,000 - $60,000 per month minimum on target earnings. Potential for $60-100k a month for industry legends / state of the art reps.
• We pay for you to become licensed in 26 states (so that you can take close calls in every state that we produce them)
• Fully remote work
• We are currently only focused on final expense -- but will be moving to mortgage protection, IUL's and annuities soon.

Have 2 Core Requirements For Who We Hire:

1)Licensed: Need to already have a life insurance license in at least one state.

2. MUST Be A STRONG Culture Fit
