STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. 1The Contractor shall monitor documents and website content for updates and comply with all updates.

2. The Contractor shall meet with CDPHE Technology Resource Manager and Marketing and New Media Lead

3. CDPHE will make the Technology Resources Manager and the Marketing and New Media Lead available as internal resources as needed to participate in meetings with the Contractor.

4. Migrated Sites will be verified and tested as complete and fully functional by the Technology Resources Manager no later than June 30, 2019.

EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE ACTIVITY- A CDPHE SPO platform with the migrated sites located at the new URL

MEASUREMENT OF EXPECTED RESULTS- CDPHE Staff will be able to authenticate and access all sites, pages, and features in CDPHE’s SPO environment and forms, document libraries, data lists, and workflows will execute without errors.
