As an Administrative Assistant I you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
- Audit documents
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Manage calendars
- Provide general office support
- Perform other duties as assigned
