•Five or more years of engineering experience, specifically with telecommunication and network infrastructure. •Experience with telecommunication systems (i.e. lightwave and microwave transport systems, fiber optic, voice systems, satellite and radio systems, and data systems, MPLS, DWDM (Infirnera) platforms, packet transports). •Five of more years of telecommunications systems design and circuits, and analyzing job requirements. •Three of more years of experience supporting, managing and/or executing projects, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, resources, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance, as well as some experience working and/or managing a cross-functional teams. •Three of more years of experience interfacing effectively and collaborating with internal employees, and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. •Must be able to travel, up to 25%. •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or relevant technical discipline. •Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract. •Experience following corporate safety protocols and safe work practices. •Three of more years of experience integrating work across relevant areas, developing the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, managing risks appropriately, managing information, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. •Three of more years of effective decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
