    SUMMARY:

    As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible to travel and oversee the operations initiatives of various branch locations from a specified geographic region.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Work with the Branch Manager to evaluate current and proposed operational systems and procedures
    • Partner with Branch Managers to research, report and correct any operational issues.
    • Recommend changes and assist in implementation of new processes
    • Participate in inter-branch and CDC planning discussions
    • Member of the Company Safety Committee
    • Coordinate, oversee and participate in annual inventory at branches and CDC including compliance with branch cycle count programs.
    • Ensure that the overall security of the branch is maintained at all times.
    • Work with Branch Managers to research, report and correct any operational issues.
    • Assist in branch relocations/closings and openings
    • Assist branch merchandising initiatives
    • Coordinate construction projects in the region
    • Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager.

    Required Experience

    High School Diploma some college or vocational school experience is helpful. 3 to 5 years related operational experience.
