The Power Electronics Product Manager is responsible for all power electronic products used in DCentrIQ Products and Systems. Developing Power Electronic partnerships, working with supplier and/or product development team to accommodate power electronic products for use in DCentrIQ products and systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years (10 preferred) in power electronics product management role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop power electronic sourcing plan.
• Develop supplier/partners in consideration of cost, technical functionality, collaboration of DCentrIQ technology integration in supplier products.
• Provide commercial and technical support to the product development team.
• Act as the coordinator with suppliers and the product development team technically and financially.
• Work with the DCentrIQ growth team for determining the market needs and optimal power electronic products.
• Work with sourcing team to assure best cost and assure the product meets all the technical needs of the product development group including Financial, technical and collaboration evaluation and recommendation of partners/suppliers.
• Manage power electronic product life cycle to support DCentrIQ product road map.
• Drive new product ideas through the product development team.
• Communicate and train internal customers(product development team, growth team, systems team) with respect to product details and specifications, product advantages, product applications and product benchmark compared to alternative providers.
