The Exchange Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and process guidance for Exchange-related technologies and capabilities within client’s global managed service offering. Under the direction of the Messaging and Collaboration Engineering Manager and the Email and Exchange Team Lead, the candidate will work closely with product management, delivery center administrators, and all engineering personnel to ensure that work efforts and technical decisions are in alignment with Client’s strategic direction and initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in defining the technical aspects of new capabilities introduced to meet Client’s requirements. This includes but is not limited to Exchange 2010/2013, Office 365, email archiving, disaster recovery, SMTP, virus and spam filtering, and monitoring and reporting.
