We are looking for a curious professional to cover our Greater Asia operations with general accounting activities!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Accrue FI invoices
- Netting process
- Process Standard and Recurring Journal Entry
- Internal Order Settlement
- Close and Cut-Off Transaction Processing
- Open and Close Sub-Ledgers AP / AR / GL
- Intercompany reconciliation / Reconcile Sub-Ledgers to General-Ledger
- Process Local Tax Provisions
- Process Allocations
- Process Currency Revaluations
- Review Cost Center Expenses
- Review Regional Preliminary PL
- Close Financial Ledger
- Prepare Submission Checklist
- Transfer and Reconcile GL for Consolidation
- Working following the Greater Asia time zone (from 6.00 am to 3.00 pm)
WHAT YOU BRING TO IFF
In addition to the below, we are seeking ENERGETIC, PROACTIVE, ANALYTICAL THINKERS with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.
- Excellent English & good Japanese, both verbal and written.
- 1-2 years of experience from the field of general accounting, ideally in a general ledger, general accountant, financial auditor role
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcomed
- A holistic understanding of general accounting processes
- University degree from the field of finance and accountancy or relevant economical field
- ERP system (SAP ECC) experience advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paces environment while maintaining accuracy
- Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
- Team players with a can-do-mentality
- Critical thinking is a must
- Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
