Viejas is a 24/7 operation, so scheduling flexibility is a must. The ideal candidate must be 21 years of age or older, have 2 + years of related experience in a restaurant is preferred. 2-3 years fine dining experience a must.

•  Clears tables of dirty dishes, cups, utensils, place mats, paper cups and glass wares. Separates all dishware, flatware and glassware. Cleans tables with designated cleaner and resets tables.
•  Clears carts of dishes, debris, etc., and wipes clean. Collects full bus trays and delivers to the dishwasher area and may be required to wash dishware, flatware, and glassware
