    Required Skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide onsite full-time Customer Service Support/Concierge Desk/Conference Center Support that requires tracking and managing requests for services, verification of conference schedules and conference room availability, and supporting conference center attendees.  This is a great position with high client visibility with promotion potential. 

    1. Configure conference rooms in accordance with individual requests.
    2. Check schedules and post conference schedules on a daily basis.
    3. Track and monitor SORD requests to ensure each is accurate, completed, and closed in a timely manner.
    4. Provide support to conference center attendees that includes identifying supplies, operation of equipment, and conference set-up and breakdown.
    5. Ensure conference rooms are clean and without classified materials at the end of the day.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT & CONCIERGE DESK/CONFERENCE CENTER SUPPORT

    1. A high school diploma or GED.
    2. Minimum of one year’ recent experience working at a customer service center.

    Required Experience

    • SECURITY CLEARANCE:
    •  TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required.
