Program Manager I assists in managing large programs consisting of a number of interrelated projects.   Candidate must possess proven Project Management skills and experience with managing programs Project management certification desired.   The candidate is required to use Sprint Nextel's program management tools (PMO website, Websource) to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.  The candidate produces status reports, conducts status meetings and facilitates issue resolution and risk management sessions .  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience with MS Office programs and program management tools.  Strong issue resolution and management skills.  Bachelors Degree required preferably in Information Systems or Business Management and 4 years of related work experience.
