  • Responsibilities

    KEY OBJECTIVE

    To support our customers and dealers with intuitive and unique product solutions, we are happy to welcome a Product Sales Consultant who will handle and coordinate Product Marketing activities for specific product lines within the Marketing team to maximize market share, sales and profitability.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    Sales, Product Marketing & Launch activities support. Coordination of competitive intelligence.

     

    CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH SALES TEAM TO INCREASE WIN RATES:

    • Offer support on major accounts and opportunities, as well as other projects involving strategic account
    • Day to day business support in mature markets
    • Play an active supporting field role and participate in client and partner visits

     

    SUPPORT ACTIVITIES RELATED TO PRODUCT MARKETING:

    • Support product launch activities
    • Support the development of our portfolio strategy
    • Provide the Marketing group with market- and customer-related feedback
    • Gather and supply market intelligence for Marketing, Sales, Pricing and internal projects

     

    DEVELOP HIGH-REACHING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

    • Gather and document competitive information relative to top accounts and opportunities
    • Attend trade fairs to gather competitive information

     

    DELIVER PRODUCT & APPLICATION KNOWLEDGE IN FORM OF TRAININGS, EVENTS, SPECIFIC LAUNCH ACTIVITIES:

    • Information exchange sessions and briefing at individual clients and dealers along with implementation of Launch training activities
    • Support Launch with internal training sessions

    Plan information exchanges with Marketing team members.

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Office Furniture Sales or Product Management professional. Business or Marketing graduate,
    • 5 years of professional experience in the Office Furniture Industry preferred, or other B2B industries,
    • Educated and/or worked in more than one country would be a benefit,
    • Experience working in a global scenery would also be a plus,
    • A tangible network in the Market of operation,
    • Language: Fluent in German and competent in English.
