VIKING ELECTRIC IS HIRING A JOB MANAGEMENT BILLER TO JOIN OUR ACCOUNTING TEAM IN MINNEAPOLIS
As a job management biller you will be responsible for performing all phases of job management including direct billing and direct billing discrepancy resolution
Some other job duties include:
- Working closely with regional project sales teams to generate customer invoices in Viking Electric's job management system for direct vendor billings.
- Work with Viking Electric sales teams and Sonepar Shared Services to resolve standard ERP direct billing discrepancies
- Review lot billings transactions for appropriate detail and approve for customer invoicing
- Prepare and maintain documentation for job management and direct billing processes
Required Skills
- Strong accounting and PC/CRT skills along with strong math skills,
- Self motivated and detail-orientated with the ability to work semi-independently,
- Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills—Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel &Word) and 10-key abilities
- Strong communication skills - professional telephone manner
- Ability to follow established systems and procedures
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years office experience
- Experience working with accounting software, systems and procedures
