POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor of PT is responsible for shipping the finished product of Stemco SLP with quality, on time, and with the right cost, ensuring a safe and an environmentally friendly operation.

• Responsible of the optimal dispatch process.
• Responsible of managing transportation suppliers’ performance
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Collaborates with the Manufacturing Site team and other DC teams
• Executes the distribution center’s product: Perfect Order in the Perfect Shape shipped at the Perfect Time.
• Responsible to execute procedures
• Needs to participate in safety and environmental activities
• Identify process waste and lead core teams to continuously improve as a part of the organization’s culture.
• Know and comply with the requirements of the management systems of the plant, namely: Quality Management System (IATF16949), Environmental Management System (ISO14001), and EMLS.

Required Skills
