Performs engineering assignments as part of a work team involved in the planning, organizing, and developing of complicated projects. Requires ability to use and apply extensive knowledge for a specific engineering field. 7-10 years of experience. JOB TITLE: Process Engineer JOB DUTIES: Key position in the West Territory Standards Team to help drive standardization of work processes and methods. Will spend time analyzing workflows in existing work management systems, finding waste in those workflows and help to drive needed changes to eliminate that waste. Familiarity with LEAN methodologies to include KANBAN is highly desirable. Will also build in Control Plans by developing dashboards to monitor compliance to new standards. Will require good communications and interpersonal skills and proficiency in change management methods to ease with adoption of new standards. Candidate should have in depth experience in wireless deployment with emphasis in engineering and construction areas.  MUST HAVE SKILLS: 5-10 Years Experience in Wireless Deployment Processes Good Interpersonal Communications and Influence Skills DESIRED SKILLS: Familiarity with LEAN / Six Sigma DMAIC methods. Program Management Experience. Ability to perform detailed analysis on large data sets; evaluate accuracy of data collection methods. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: BS or related experience/certifications.
