PAY RATE
12/11 - 12/28: $11/HR
AFTER 12/28: $10/HR
JOB DESCRIPTION –
Responsible for the processing of returned merchandise from customers for all clients following each client’s returns specification in the DC within SLA guidelines, including but not limited to
- unloading trucks
- sorting returns from PO’s and miscellaneous deliveries
- verifying part numbers, quantities, order numbers and accurately entering data into EDDIE
- correctly put product in the designated locations
- Assures efficient and timely processing of returns and anticipates requirements and plans accordingly.
- Inspect product to ensure correct disposition
- Verify item#, Qty, order number and SR number, and correctly document discrepancies on the proper form
- Maintains safety, housekeeping and maintenance standards
- Maintains effective communication with Manager and Supervisor.
Required Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS-
- High school diploma, or equivalent, or previous distribution experience,
- Must be able to count accurately and verify part numbers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of EDDIE and RF units
- Flexibility in hours to support operation
- Must have ability to learn to drive forklift/reach truck
- Must have good mathematical and reasoning skills
- Excellent attendance and performance
- Stable work history
- Must be able to work with little supervision
