The ideal candidate is a passionate expert with a proven record that can help the company increase the quality and volume of traffic to their websites. You will be responsible for SEO and SEM implementation including campaign launches, campaign management, budget management, bid management, A/B testing and reporting. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase our company’s profitability,

identify performance trends and uncover key opportunities to improve our organic search program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop, implement, and continually optimize SEO strategic plan to improve search engine rankings for multiple websites. Define and build keyword lists based on business objectives and market opportunity.
• Optimize meta tags, titles, descriptions, and schema markup for both new and existing content pages. Work with the marketing team to develop SEO optimized content for downloads, product and category data, and branch locations.
• Perform competitive analysis and create plans of actionable items for areas of improvement. Create reports and plans for internal teams.
• Review website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics reports to come up with strategies to improve indexation. Prepare website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective.
• Lead link-building opportunities with relevant and authoritative domains, including our supplier partners. Strategize and execute PPC efforts to maximize purchases and support suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or similar related field
• Relevant SEO or PPC certifications
• Self-starter who can develop and execute strategy and action plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of organic search (algorithms, ranking factors, copywriting, schema mark-up)
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong face-to-face, telephone, and email communications skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Great time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate heavily with all marketing team members
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO technology
• High-level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
