Supports the design and implementation of complex reporting and analytic solutions including Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase and Hyperion Strategic Finance (HSF) platforms. JOB TITLE: Sr Mgr-Sys Anly & Prg JOB DUTIES: •    Be the senior functional expert within the reporting solutions and production support team accountable for translating requirements into formal functional and technical design documents through close collaboration with external reporting and corporate FP&A teams. •    Translate high level business requirements into technical requirements and functional end to end design and decision-authority of clients -wide Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase and Hyperion Strategic Finance (HSF) solutions with significant impact on multiple user groups. •    Employ a flexible and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and to develop customer-specific solutions, take into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and different level of stakeholder groups with various, changing stakeholder demands, requirements and intersections. MUST HAVE SKILLS: •    10+ years’ experience managing financial systems/implementations with expert knowledge of Oracle EPM Product Suite (HFM/Essbase/FDMEE) DESIRED SKILLS: •    Oracle HFM Certification. •    Very strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and organizational skills •    Demonstrated ability to work with various, complex stakeholder groups, functions and various levels of management. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: •    A Bachelor’s degree with  a concentration in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent work experience
