Alutiiq is seeking temporary part-time Janitors to perform Janitorial Services for NSWCDD Dahlgren, VA, Pumpkin Neck Annex in Kings George VA.
Employee are to provide janitorial service for NSWCDD Dahlgren at multiple locations.
Specific duties involve a combination of the following:
- Cleaning washrooms
- Cleaning office spaces
- Cleaning classrooms and conference rooms
- Cleaning employee breakrooms, kitchenettes and coffee messes
- Cleaning employees locker room and restroom services
- Cleaning waiting areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying waste containers and recycling containers
- Classified Material sherdding
- Window and window blinds cleaning
- Floor care including Stripping and waxing of tiled floors
- Shampooing Carpeted spaces
- Vacuuming office spaces and conference rooms
- High and low cleaning
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Secret Security Clearance is required
- Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
- Must understand the English language orally and written
- Work entails standing and bending and stooping for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
