    We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our facility in Valenca. The process Engineer will responsible for Process Engineering within Welding, Assembly or Stamping

     

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

     

    • Introduce assembly, stamping or welding stations to mass production according to capacity and quality expectations
    • Performing process analyses linked to Continuous Improvement requests
    • Supervision of technical documentation
    • Collaboration with suppliers and customers in technical matters
    • Continuous improvement of the process, seeking new solutions for cost reduction and efficiency increasing
    • Engineering changes implementation, running BOM and micro layout

     

    WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

    • Min. 3 years of experience on similar position in automotive industry
    • Higher technical degree (focus on mechanical engineering or industrial)
    • Thorough understanding of tools such as PFMEA, MTM, Kaizen
    • Practical experience in launching and transferring production would be advantageous
    • Good understanding of technical drawing, AutoCAD would be a plus
    • English language skill, to be used on a daily basis; Polish is a must
    • Proficiency in analysing and solving problems
    • Strives for quality and applies process and discipline towards optimizing performance
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - good communicator, high integrity
