Required Reports by the Corporate. Air Freight, Consumption Forecast about Raw Materials supplied by the Production Facilities of Aromatic Chemicals and Third Suppliers
Revision and request of the paper work for the materials with some import restriction (accomplishment in the Permits, documents confer)
Maintenance in the SAP System for new materials in Mexico Plant ( Creation of Views and Parameters according their usage, origin and logistics)
Accomplishment of the guidelines in the acquisition of the materials according to the financial policies, historical consumption
Assure knowledge in Quality Systems as ISO 9001 to guarantee product quality
