The Industrial Engineering Intern is responsible for working closely with the Production and Management Teams within the Excellerate group. Working on assigned projects and offering input and suggestions for Continuous Improvement to our current processes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• EDUCATION: Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with Production employees.
• Attend staff meetings and management meetings as needed.
• Learn and assess current processes in Manufacturing.
• Collect and analyze data to present to management.
• Performs safety audits and 5S audits as needed.
• Participates in and leads Continuous Improvement Events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Project/Real Estate Manager for Site Acquisition for Nashville market.  Remote work location within Nashville TN area.

Overall Project Management for site acquisition projects. Need to understand site acquisition, leasing, permitting, reporting and deployment of equipment, and perform project management tasks for new site builds and site modifications.

• Create, manage, and report schedules for site development projects

• Understand local ordinances and zoning codes to determine site development parameters

• Manage site acquisition vendors and

• Read Construction Drawings

• Manage vendors and running deployment calls
