The Scheduler is responsible for processing work orders in a timely and efficient manner, as well as for all reporting and administrative tasks associated with the generation of work orders
Essential Functions
Scheduling and Order Management
Manage, review and coordinate schedules for one or more locations
Review work orders, files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
Maintain and update database systems using a computer
Required Skills
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff, and Production Staff)
Communicate daily with customers to schedule jobs, confirm jobs and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS/LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (Spanish is a MUST)
At least 18 years of age
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required
