The Scheduler is responsible for processing work orders in a timely and efficient manner, as well as for all reporting and administrative tasks associated with the generation of work orders

Essential Functions

• Scheduling and Order Management

• Manage, review and coordinate schedules for one or more locations

• Review work orders, files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests

• Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports

• Maintain and update database systems using a computer

Required Skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff, and Production Staff)

• Communicate daily with customers to schedule jobs, confirm jobs and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS/LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual (Spanish is a MUST)

• At least 18 years of age

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required
