  • Responsibilities

    This position requires the candidate to be hands-on with Avaya Call Management systems. Specifically, the candidate is expected to understand Avaya call centers and routing solutions. Ability to take a routing design and translate into a working solution on the Avaya ACDS. Ability to triage an issue, provide production support for calls and troubleshoot issues real-time.  The profile requires past experience in deployment of call center solutions for large enterprises. Call center telephony is a must !! Excellent problem solving skills is a must in the fast paced organisation. Required Skills:

    • Avaya Call Center and Routing engineer. 
    • Configuration of Avaya Call Routing components 
    • Configuration of Skills / VDNs 
    • Design of customer experience and programming vectors for call routing  
    • Installation of IP and SIP devices, 
    • Applicant MUST have strong knowledge of design and hands-on ability to implement Call Center functions for the AVAYA PBX, AVAYA CMS Server, Avaya AES and related applications.
    • Position involves all phases of implementing telephony systems (including VOIP technology) with end user customers 
    • Responsibilities require designing call center solutions and troubleshooting of calls
    • Position requires interfacing with business customers on a daily basis and requires a friendly, professional interpersonal approach 
    • Provide 24X7 production support. The Applicant will be on-call support and be available to answer calls during assigned schedule Desired Skills:
    • Experience in scoping, planning, analysis, technical design, development, implementation, evaluation and/or support of new and existing telephone Call Centers in a large distributed environment. 
    • Must have Formal Training on Implementing and Trouble Shoot Avaya CMS Hardware, Software and OS. 
    • A Minimum of 7 years hands-on Advanced Vectoring experience including the development of Call Prompting, Best Services Routing, Look Ahead Interflow. 
    • Have working experience with Genesys advanced call routing setup and control via CTI Interfaces. 
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required
