    The Senior Digital Analyst delivers a broad range of modern technology solutions while developing and implementing best practices for key stakeholders across the company. Main responsibilities of the Senior Digital Analyst include software development, product releases, and engineering tasks, risk and issue management, project management and execution of medium to large technical, systems or business improvement projects within the company.

     

    This role leads project software development efforts, provides support to business technology managers, resources, and external resources involved in project execution. They will lead medium to large projects, follow up on action items and help perform development and project tasks. They will manage and coordinate meetings as needed, complete and track software development action items and deliverables. Attention to detail, organization, communication, and self-initiative are key skills for this role.

     


     

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred
    • EXPERIENCE: 4+ years direct work experience in a development or project management capacity

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and test code continuously with scripting and programming languages
    • Manage, track and document changes to code with source control tools
    • Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools
    • Measure performance and environment of application with system & application logs
    • Effectively manage and assign projects as necessary while lending support to the team
    • Building and maintaining tools, solutions and microservices associated with deployment and our operations platform, ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors
    • Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements
    • Develop solutions on complex SaaS offerings. Examples: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and ERP systems
    • Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes
    • Lead the team through development and operations
