    It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting a passionate and results driven individual to join our Singapore Flavors Marketing division as MARKETING EXECUTIVE, FLAVORS.

    YOUR FOCUS

    As Marketing Executive, you will report to the Regional Marketing Manager, Flavors and has responsibility for supporting the Singapore and Malaysia businesses. You will support the Regional Marketing Manager with administration and co-ordination of the Greater Asia Marketing team activities and support the Regional Category Team with proactive initiatives.

    WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE..

    • Work closely with Commercial, Category and Creative & Application teams to explore new business opportunities and generate effective plans to drive continued growth in Singapore and Malaysia.
    • Support the planning and execution of local and regional proactive growth initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia.
    • Promote IFF technologies and products via presentations to clients in collaboration with the commercial and C&A teams, in response to reactive briefs from clients.
    • Design and develop innovative, captivating concepts, videos, ads, presentations and other communication pieces to bring customer products and campaigns to life.
    • Maintain and improve IFF brand awareness and perception in the local market via events, printed materials and other collateral.
    • Collect local, regional and global market information and trends, to share with internal and external customer.
    • Work with the Regional Marketing Manager and regional showpad champion, to help support administration of showpad documents and users in Greater Asia.
    • Coordinate the sourcing, organization and shipping of promotional material and gifts across the region.
    • General coordination of events, presentations and customer / internal activities throughout the region on behalf of the Regional Marketing Manager.
    • Manage external suppliers (data, trend, materials, gifts etc) in the region on behalf of and in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Manager.
    • Work closely with Category Managers and Technical Category Managers to design and execute compelling material for Regional go-to-market (G2M) roll outs.
    • Support with background research and market intelligence to help understand how we can position our technologies across the various markets

    ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role, you should have minimum overall experience of 3-5 years in the Food & Beverage or Flavors industry within a Marketing function. You should have solid presentation or public speaking skills and is experience in project management.

    A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Food Science or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute will be essential.

    With proven track record in Marketing portfolio you should have strong creative and abstract thinking capability and at the same time, logical with the ability in analyzing data to spot trends. You should possess good understanding of customer segmentation and have sound familiarity with marketing trends. Ideally you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people across different levels.

    You are proficient in MS Office especially in PowerPoint.

    You should be comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive, self-driven or results oriented attitude. Strong teamwork, customer orientation, effective time management skills with proven ability to oversee all assigned projects and meeting deadlines are highly desirable.
