    The PRODUCTION PLANT IN OSTROV U STŘÍBRA has been operating SINCE 2008 and is one of the key production units within the European Lear network. In Ostrov u Stříbra we produce HIGH-QUALITY SEATING SYSTEMS for key customers of the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. More than 800 EMPLOYEES work together on attractive seat models for the Audi, BMW and Porsche.

     

     

     

    INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

     

    The engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for new assembly process launches and for supervising and optimizing existing processes.

    YOUR TASKS WILL BE: 

    • Assembly process design and description
    • Providing support for technical equipment errorless functionality and maintenance
    • Project leading and change management process coordination for successful implementation to serial production
    • Releasing new equipment into the production process, including the necessary documentation
    • Responsibility for continuous improvement of production processes
    • Creating and changing process diagrams and layouts
    • Improving quality aspects of production processes

     

     

    WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

    • Experience on the similar position in manufacturing company (experience in automotive industry would be a strong advantage)
    • At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering
    • Experience in screwing and working with Atlas Copco tightening tools would be an asset
    • Good knowledge of technical drawing
    • Communicative knowledge of English and Czech
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
    • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
