PURPOSE
Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support the staff in the Orem Branch location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for accurately dispatching incoming calls, sorting inbound mail.
Work as front line customer service, greeting visitors to the branch and assuring their needs are met.
Work closely with branch manager and other staff to support the smooth operations of the location
Maintain Office Supplies for Branch
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Computer literate • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum six months clerical or administrative experience
