Details of Position:

The Lead Systems Programmer will be in DB2 z/OS Systems Programming support

area in Mainframe Database Systems dept. The candidate should have experience

and excellent systems programming skills in DB2 for z/OS, z/OS, SMP/E. ISPF, JCL,

TSO skills are also a must. REXX and/or Clist experience preferred. Experience

supporting vendor tools such as BMC and CA DB2 z/OS skills are preferred. Good

DBA skills are a definite plus. Candidate will work as part of a systems programming

team that installs and maintains DB2 z/OS software and related tools. Occasional

weekend and evening work will be required. The candidate will also be part of the

on-call rotation.

Management Skills:

The candidate should work well with others. Microsoft Office skills are a definite plus.

Project and time management skills are also desired, as software installations and

maintenance plans have specific target dates.
