Project Coordinator II provides administrative and/or basic analytical support on projects.   Representative duties may include: coordinating information flow and reporting, creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining and updating databases, tracking project activities and progress, liaising with project staff and internal/external contacts.  Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required.  

Required Skills

Preferred:  Knowledge of the cell site backhaul deployment process from site acquisition through construction, fiber delivery, and on air.  Experience in telecommunications, leased Ethernet, construction management, site development, civil construction, financial reporting, vendor management.  Strong communication skills.

The Project Coordinator will manage hundreds of sites in different phases of deployment which requires extreme attention to detail and efficient use of MS Excel and other tools. PMP or other project management certifications.

Bachelor's Degree not required if the candidate has relevant work experience.  May consider candidate without specific backhaul experience if they have strong Excel and reporting capability.  

Required Experience

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. 3-4 years of Project Coordinator or related work experience.
