- Manage our data entry into the GMMS System, including management of our Data Entry Specialists
- Maintained the GMMS Preventive Maintenance program for large number of equipment to include scheduling, frequency assignment and workload distribution management.
- Create and submit work order and equipment tracking reports to DPM - Technical (Jared)
- Perform equipment validation, inspection and data integrity checks on data entry
- Manage Call Center calls, to ensure completion of tasks and develop performance benchmarks for our responses.
Required Skills
High School Diploma and at least 8 years related experience or Bachelors Degreee and 4 years of related experience.
