Develops and implements quality assurance standards, processes, and controls. Develops methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training. Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements. May assist in developing quality assurance policies and procedures. Usually requires a 4 year degree. 5-7 years of experience JOB DUTIES:

1. Define the scope of testing and writes detailed test plans across systems, services, and apps 2. Execute testing across various platforms and services supporting the product (web and app platforms) 3. Manage tracking of pre-production and production issues and drive to resolution 4. Competitive assessment, testing, and benchmarking of products and services 5. Create and execute trials and testing programs for internal and external testers MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Familiar with product management/development
• Experience in writing test plans and testing products and services
• Experience driving cross-functional test teams  REQUIRED SHIFT: Standard 9-5
