Manage and schedule staff in preventive maintenance tasks as well as plant operations project work.
The Supervisor shall be familiar with the central plant and campus systems managed and ensures compliance with all Stamford Hospital policies and procedures.
Assists in preparing purchase requisitions, technical/justification memos accordingly and follows up to ensure they are processed timely
Responsible for maintaining the inventory of all equipment/tools/supplies
Oversees the processing of invoices and audit work to ensure minimal system downtime.
Assigns work order tickets via CMMS for work order tracking and compliance.
Create and maintain shift schedules ensuring that adequate coverage is in place.
Maintain and supervise all HVAC, refrigeration and water systems within the campus.
Supervise all compliance testing including air quality and water treatment.
Maintain accurate documentation on boilers and related equipment to fulfill regulatory requirements. Assists in creating regulatory reports.
