As a Structural Engineering Intern in our Kansas City, MO office, you will perform hands-on work to apply your classroom experience to real-world projects and help you envision your future career. You’ll be an active member of our engineering team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers. You’ll be introduced to Wilson & Company’s culture, helping you evaluate our firm as a future career choice.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Pursuing an Engineering degree in an ABET accredited program
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-Starter with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work with a team under the direct supervision of a Project Engineer
• Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in working in a team setting, communication with others, customer satisfaction and technical competence
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Word and Excel
