  • Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Manage growth in Thailand: maintain and develop core business, achieve sales targets, control expenses and obtain market share.
    2. Lead and coach the sales and technical team to deliver business results and upgrade/develop their skill sets.
    3. Actively manage the sales process to include delivery of the value propositions, utilization of sales tools, new business identification, pipeline management and new business closure.
    4. Foster and drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions to customers.
    5. Ensure the delivery of the HBF technical service value propositions:
    6. Equipment selection, installation, testing, training and troubleshooting.
    7. Help customer establish test standards and methodologies; understand package performance dynamics; coordinate performance testing.
    8. Work with customers to make running our product and efficient and effective component of their manufacturing process.
    9. Leverage H.B. Fuller resources to penetrate markets not currently being served by the Company as well as commercializing new products and applications to both existing and new customers.
    10. Work with targeted accounts on new applications, product approval, testing and business plans, including partnering and sole supplier agreements.
    11. Develop long-term relationships and coordinate sales efforts with appropriate representatives at targeted accounts.
    12. Make pricing proposals to Sales Director and maintain pricing integrity for total product line sold by the team.
    13. Create and manage annual budget including sales, selling expenses and working capital.
    14. Manage the Return Goods/Complaint process affecting the Sales Team.
    15. Promote safety awareness and monitor compliance with government and company safety regulations

     

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 years demonstrated sales experience with a minimum of 3 years direct managing sales professionals. Experience in the Automotive and Electronics industry would be highly advantageous for this role. 
    • Computer Literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Must have valid driving license and willing to travel. Travel time depends on size of the territory.
    • Excellent people skills and commercial acumen.
