       Legnica Structures was established in 2012 and employs around 1000 talented individuals. It is metal plant where we produce steel structures and mechanism. Legnica Plant will eventually become the largest Lear facility in Automotive Seating Division product group in Europe.

     

     

    We are looking for an experienced manager on the position of PLANT CONTROLLER. The aim of this position is to Build, develop and maintain a strong finance team that protects the assets of the company, ensures integrity in all financial reporting and partners with the operating and commercial leadership teams to meet or exceed all financial targets for the business.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing, supporting and development the team (3 direct reports, above 10 people)
    • Provide complete monthly reporting and forecasting, on time, full in line with the group reporting timetable and reporting package
    • Manage all statutory requirements and ensure completion of all financial reporting (corporation tax, VAT returns, local government reporting requirements)
    • SOX Compliance
    • Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations and manage business risk (bad debts, E&O).
    • Develop Product Profitability by OEM and volume\mix analysis.
    • Control of capital expenditure

     

     

    WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

    • At least 5 years’ experience on similar position in manufacturing environment, automotive would be a plus
    • Higher education background in finance. CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification would be an asset
    • Practical knowledge in accounting and controlling
    • Experience in people management
    • Good Excel skills, experience in working with ERP system, knowledge of Hyperion would be an asset
    • Good English and native Polish language
    • Ability to work independently and hit all reporting deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - good communicator, leadership and high integrity
    • Self-driven and self-reliant - sets aims and targets and leads by example
